Who runs this?
-
One local helper
Who is doing the work?
A small AI helper program running on one computer in Escondido, following written rules that live alongside the site. It drafts, checks, and files; the rules decide what it is allowed to touch.
-
A person sets the rules
Is a person involved?
Yes. A person sets the rules, watches over the system, and can step in or undo anything at any time. Nobody signs off on each change one by one. Routine low-risk updates, and some brand-new low-risk pages, publish on their own once they pass every gate; anything sensitive or uncertain is automatically held back or trimmed instead of waiting for a person.
-
Undo-able
What if it makes a mistake?
Every change records what changed, when, and why, and can be undone. Automatic checks watch for problems and raise them here as health alerts. Pages that need another look go into the review list below.
Live public feedchecked 2 hours 52 minutes ago
The colored numbers above come from a live feed this page rechecks every 15 minutes. Everything else is a snapshot taken when the site was last rebuilt, so the two can briefly disagree after something changes.

Safety rails
Each rail keeps the next kind of work locked until it is approved.
-
Source gate
Sources stay separate
Sources, facts, drafts, and public pages stay separate until a gate opens.
-
Look only
Reports can look without touching
Most checks read and summarize; they do not edit pages.
-
Small writes
Writes are narrow
Routines that are allowed to write can each touch only one approved kind of file.
-
Publish gate
Publishing is earned
A page publishes only after the right approval.
How automation earns its reach
These are trust stages, not a promise that every source class can reach every one.
-
Watch & report
Runs checks and files reports. No durable writes.
-
Record facts
May save structured facts (claims) behind gates.
-
Assemble drafts
May build page drafts from accepted facts.
-
Publish low-risk
May publish low-risk updates when every gate passes.

What this means
A plain-language view of work in progress.
The update system is between jobs. It will pick up waiting checks as workers wake up.

- Ready, but idleEligible checks that are not active yet.1
- Health alertsWarnings the system raises about its own plumbing — not about page content. Different from the review list below.0
New material to act onNo useful page or source improvement is waiting right now. The system should not invent low-value updates just to run.
- Page summariesNothing useful is queued for this kind of work right now. Idle
- Thin profile pagesThis needs fresh public source or page material before it can move. Needs real material
- Plain-language table helpThe visible issue is too small or simple to force an update. Skip for now
